Mike Portnoy irá gravar novo album dos Avenged Sevenfold

Notícia impressionante, tou muito curioso em relação ao que vai saír embora apenas goste de 2 ou 3 músicas dos Avenged.

Sabe-se e dá para reparar que a maior influência do "The rev" era Mike Portnoy, e como diz no statement abaixo, MP gravar em lugar dele seria o que ele quereria.

O Mike irá apenas gravar e muito pouco provavelmente fazer tour com eles.

Li isso ontem e fiquei contente.

Não gosto mt da banda em si mas mais uma vez é aqui que vejo que o Mike Portnoy é um grande baterista, não só pela sua forma de tocar mas tambem pela sua atitude de demosntrar que é uma pessoa sensivel e aberta.

Bem ajas Mike mts como tu sem duvida!

Para mim ade ser sempre a minha 1ª grande referencia como musico/baterista.

N sabia se eles iam lancar o album, porque pensava que n iam ter o mesmo som sem aquele baterista..

Admito que nunca fui grande fã de Avenged Sevenfold, mas respeito-os, porque apesar de pouco os conhecer, tenho a ideia que são bons musicos.

Mas agora com o Portnoy a ajudar no album, acho que já tenho um bichinho para ouvi-los com mais atenção, nem que seja por lá estar o Portnoy :P Acho que foi um grande gesto do Portnoy, e também dos Avenged chamarem o ídolo do "The Rev" para este albúm. :)

Sinceramente Avenged Sevenfold nunca me disse nada musicalmente, nem como banda, embora reconheça a qualidade da sua música e em especial o cunho de "The Rev", no entanto acho o máximo e uma bela acção, que o Mike Portnoy grave o próximo álbum deles, ainda para mais, sabendo que era a referência n.º 1 do "The Rev". Ainda bem que ainda há pessoas assim! :icon_smile:
